Canned Fish

I wonder why I love tuna in a can, but really don't like other fish.

I made tuna, to take for lunch tomorrow, and checked out the expiration dates on the 4 cans I have in the cabinet. I wasn't sure how long it had been there. But, none of it expires for a year! How do they make tuna last so long? It's fish. In a can.

It's just a shame that it smells up my kitchen.
